Audience responses:
Amazing! It kept me entertained and laughing.
The staging, choreography, and timing of actors couldn't have been better.
It was so very entertaining, most of all. I think I had a smile on my face throughout the performance. The actors/musicians were so multi-talented. Very enjoyable!
A show that managed to be funny and heartfelt the whole way through. It amazed that it managed to move through some powerful moments without bringing itself down.
I loved the entire production, as did my 7 year old. It was a great silly time with lovely experiences of friendship.
I’ve never seen the whole acting cast double as the musicians. Truly remarkable! What a talented cast and beautiful set! So fortunate to return to the theater audience with that brilliant show!
Incredibly good performances by all. Brought multiple smiles, even a tear or two, to this 78 yr old retired physician.
I had to come see it a second time!! So hilarious, incredibly performed (in sync with each other!), and entertaining. I have told so many others about my over-the-top experience at Theatreworks!
My husband who has stage 4 cancer laughed out loud for the first time in months.
Hilarious. So well played, and once again, every single element was fantastic (costumes, lighting, staging/scenery, musical elements as well as the directing and acting). Timing, facial expressions, bodily expression...all of it. So. Good.
IT WAS SUPERB
Absolutely fantastic -- every moment was full of something wonderful. I appreciated that even while it was lighter fare, there were substantial themes and emotions throughout.
Laffed, guffawed, would have rolled in the aisle at times. And touching. Music, actors, set, everything was 'in tune'
The performance was top notch! I loved how versatile the actors all were and how seamlessly they were able to swap and play so many different instruments. I thoroughly loved this production!
Engaging and hilarious. There was so much talent on that stage that I'm surprised Dusty Loo contained it. Perfect setting, lights, and sound design that drew the audience in.
The performance was beautifully executed! The performers seamlessly transitioned between telling their own stories and weaving them together and had a tangible rapport on stage that leant itself to the notion of lumberjacks alone together for long periods of time. The music was fabulous and the singing, dancing, and comedic timing were all so enjoyable.
